Scholarship Program

  What is the scholarship program?
In 2006, The Arc Nature Coast began fundraising efforts in order to establish a scholarship program for those
individuals who may not otherwise be able to participate in our programs due to lack of funding.

What services are available through the scholarship program?
Adult Day Training (ADT) at the Neff Lake Road (Brooksville) enrichment program (including POSSE-Promoting
Opportunities and Skills with Special Equestrians), enclave work programs (Wal-Mart Distribution Center and
SWFWMD), the Community Cafe ADT (Spring Hill) and respite are services provided through this program.

  Who qualifies for a scholarship?
Anyone 18 and older who has been diagnosed with a development disability and is not currently receiving Medicaid
Waiver funding through the state of Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
